well after the long 16 or so month wait for council to get thier arse into gear with permits, i finally got the go ahead to build my new shed. here's a few pics of the progress from start to finish. THE BACK YARD WHEN I BOUGHT THE HOUSE WITH MY OLD SHED. GOOD RIDANCE OLD SHED I DECIDED TO HIRE A BOB CAT AND TACKLE THE GROUND WORK MY SELF. AFTER I RAN OUT OF PLACES TO PUT SOIL, I FINALLY DECIDED TO GET AN EXCAVATOR IN AND 8 TRUCK LOADS LATER THIS IS THE FOUNDATIONS FOR THE SHED. THE NEW WATER TANK DOESN'T LOOK LIKE MUCH BUT THAT WILL BE MY SHED IN A COUPLE OF DAYS |

Cheers guys. Nah brett this one was a bit big for me to tackle and if I built it, it would of ended up a 15 year build like my torana. Have a great shed builder if any one looking at building one. He is also my neighbour and a very good friend. Been in the trade for over 30 years. Monday the roller door tracks go on, side access door in, finish a bit of flashing and front window and then will be complete. I'm wrapped how its all come together |

Wow Steve, great work.... That's a real shed alright! Enough room for a hoist, bar, lounge ect... I think I know where we would find you every night, not inside the house that's for sure |

Yeah Charlie. My mrs already said if I'm bad she will send me in the house coz the shed will be too much fun haha It's the biggest possible shed I could fit on our block that the council would let me build. 12m x 8m x 3m side height and 22 degree pitch. I can fit a hoist in but will only be able to lift the car about 1400mm off the ground. Still better than nothing but I would want it off centre so it doesn't take up too much space. Eric it cost about as much as an aircraft hanger too lol our poor mortgage is copping a hammering haha |
