Hey Guys, I now have myself a company car, so the VT is now for sale! Most of you would have seen the VT (Normally dirty! HAHA!) I just put a new Dizzy in it, and it is all running sweet again! (The Hall Effect sensor in the original dizzy must have died) But for those that don't know: Dark Blue 1997 VT Calais 235,000km's Holden 5.0L V8 Dual 2.5" sports exhaust system. Dual Fuel LPG, gets about 330kms for about $35 of Gas. Put a new Gas Convertor and Radiator in less than 6 months ago Auto (Bit sluggish, but still drives fine, and doesn't slip.... Just not very tight anymore... A Good service etc might do the trick) Full Electrics (Everything works) Leather Interior (Drivers seat is pretty shabby) Has an LSD diff, but must be worn cos it just spins the one wheel in the wet. Rego expires in December. Does have 18" WH Grange wheels on it, but one of the rims has a hairline crack in it and leaks air... I tried to repair it but didn't seem to do the trick.... So I might just sell it with the original wheels. Overall, it's a 15 year old car (Yep! VT's came out 15 years ago!!!!) and it is what you'd except a 15 yo car to be... Bit rough around the edges but still not too bad... Good simple daily on gas. Price: $5,000 Thanks, Matt |
