The old girl also copped a birthday present last week... she was due for new rear tyres a long ago, so I had to bite the bullet...

I thought a few people on here may be interested, as 265/50 x 15's are pretty popular for those of us running the traditional 15 x 10's...

Apparently you can no longer get this size in BF Goodrich, Yokohama Radial 352, Sumitomo, or even Jetzon (Cooper?) which is what my last set were. So since they're a club sponsor I saw Pete and the boys up at Tyre Torque in Croydon, and went with the Maxxis.

I'm actually really happy with the tread pattern and chunky look they give. The sidewall is a bit daggy though, but still not too bad...

Good choice in tyre same as what i was running on the van, i found them to have real good grip wet and dry and lasted ages, well on the van anyway you might find that they wont last as long!!!
