No big blocks boys! That's another whole conversion in itself.

Well news of a different sort, last week I finally got in touch with Jason and Jade to get some copies of the official Easternats photos from 2008. This was the year when I first developed my oil pressure problem (what I believe was wiped bearings)... not bad that I still got another 2 years out of the engine. Maybe the blow-up was not even related.. we'll probably never know for sure. But let it be a lesson to everyone else - don't ignore changes in oil pressure!

Anyway, here's the incident that maybe caused my problems in the first place.. great fun! I tried to smoke the tyres as far as I could down the length of Sandown's front straight.... made it a fair bit past where the pit exit ramp merges onto the track. Next time I will try harder!! Thanks again to Jason & Jadey for the pics!!!

Love your work Brett, I've never done a skid that big before but that usually comes down to driver skill rather than the car... :lol:

injected 5lt with a side mount blower, cheapest horsepower and when it explodes you know that you can get another one for $1500 HAHAHAH
