Hey all, to re-cap on the Dromana Drive In Cruise, I’ll start by saying I had an absolute ball. It started around 3:30pm, approx 48 awesome cars attended this cruise, members from the EH Car Club and also a few randoms, one in particular who loved the noise of his blow off valve more than a V8 loves it’s petrol!! Lots of new faces and cars too which was great to see. Anyway’s we started heading towards the second meet point in Dandenong to regroup and park all the cars in two massive lines. Once there and with everybody in formation, it was great to turn around and see the wide variety of cars on board, ranging from a super sleek looking EH to a turbo’d Gemani. Once on our way again, the pack got split up into about 3 group’s due to so many cars, so it was pretty difficult for the front runners to keep track of who’s on the cruise and who’s not, but it all worked out well in the end. Once there, there was about a 20 minute wait to enter so that gave me a good chance to mung each of my two large pizza’s, ‘I eat like a horse’. Once inside, most people grabbed dinner at Shel’s Diner and took the chance to catch up and socialise. Was awesome to see the EHLIMO rocking up to join us too! Me and Adam my co-driver, watched Ant Bully, I thought that was hilarious while others watched Garfield 2. We also stayed for the next movies with everyone splitting up to watch either Kenny, World Trade Centre, or The Devil Wears Prada. After that, several of us started heading back home, with others staying on for a 3rd movie! Deb’s raffle also proved to be popular. The winners were:
