On Sat 5th April, the Motor Fest was held at Lakes Entrance organised by Rotary. Approx 200 vehicles attended, with a wide variety of cars. Standard, restored, modified, veteran and vintage. Many various clubs were there, coming from many different parts of N.S.W. and Vic. The organising for the Fest was magnificent, with activities for the kids, a band playing nearly all day, good priced food and drink stalls. The weather was perfect, which gave a high attendance from the general public, adding to takings for local charities. This is apparently run bi-annually, and I am definitely going to keep in contact with Rotary as to dates for the next one, so as to participate again. Would definitely recommend to any ESC members to consider attending. - Clive |
