This is a Club Members Only Event

(1 Day Event / Weekend Away)

DECA Training Centre, Shepparton
FOUR timed driving courses!
● Entrants and Co-Drivers will only be timed in their own entered car (they can drive other cars, but will not be timed)
● Test your driving skill and your cars limits in a safe off-street environment
● Trophies up for grabs for the fastest times in each event ● Open exhausts allowed!
● All cars must have current rego, Fire Extinguisher and will have to pass a basic scrutineering check
● This is an alcohol free event during the day (breathalyser on site for entrants)
● The club BBQ trailer WILL be there as a fundraiser (new wheels for BBQ trailer) Egg and bacon rolls will be sold in the morning for $3, drinks $1.50 and snags at lunch time for $2 each.
● Make it a great social weekend – many members are heading up on the Friday and staying Friday and Saturday nights, this year we are staying as a group at the Country Home Inn, 11 Wyndham St, Shepparton, PH # 03 5821 7711. Don't wait, book now as there is only 15 rooms available and they are going fast!

● Gates Open: 8:00am
● Scrutineering: 8:00am onwards
● Drivers Briefing: 9:00am
● Events Start: 9:30am
● Events Finish: 4:30 – 5:00pm
● Entrant (Current Members Only) $50
● Co Drivers (Members and/or partners) $20
● (Cash/Cheque/Money Order/Direct Transfer are all ok)
● Spectators FREE
● Entries must be paid in full by October club meeting

Just as a reminder, this is a members only event so if you have not already paid your renewal you better get on to it before the end of August, before the increase.
